- Review existing systems development
- Review/develop plan for transitioning from existing to new design
- Develop Concept of Operations
- Create and map requirements aligned with CONOPS
- Write development and integration plans
COTS and Technology Insertion: HHB knows that current and future systems rely on COTS integration and insertion as systems transform to Systems Oriented Architecture and web-based services. During the Design phase HHB staff work closely with program staff to ensure that the selected COTS vendors development activities remain in-synch with the approved program design specifications and compliment the COTS based enterprise architecture. We ensure that no critical requirement is omitted from the final program delivered to the client.
