We plan and assist with source selections for government agencies. Where the experience of the assigned government team is not well aligned with the technology being procurred, we can provide training in source selection activities. We also provide training to clients who have not participated in such events before. HHB consultants augment government procurement officials as subject matter experts performing technical reviews and commenting on vendor / integrator proposals. We assist in the writing of competitive solicitation packages as well as evaluate the resultant proposals. Working with our associates, we can provide secure facilities for classified or restricted source selections. For bidders and commercial customers, we assist with the intricasies of the government request for proposal (RFP) process, and can serve as independent team members in the review of proposals for completeness and competitive advantage prior to submission.
