We have written successful strategic plans for large government clients in both Applied Information Technology and Information Security (InfoSec). Strategic planning can only be a useful investment if the client understands the challenges they face and the alternatives available. Only the client can properly prioritize their needs and strategies. HHB helps clients understand the gaps between the current situation and the desired state while factoring in the forces of change. Strategic planning buy-in from executive sponsors is best garnered through leadership participation and good communications. We facilitate both of these critical activities and we can serve as the catalyst to get the process started. We have planned and led multiple executive strategic planning sessions with state, federal and international government agencies as well as corporate clients.
